1. Services

Inovaity provides digital marketing services including but not limited to SEO, PPC Advertising, Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, Web Design & Development, and CRO. All services are provided based on the agreed scope of work outlined in your proposal or contract.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients must:

• Provide accurate and timely information required to execute services.

• Review and approve work within agreed timelines.

• Make payments as outlined in the proposal or invoice.

Delays caused by client inaction may affect delivery schedules.

3. Payments & Refunds

All fees are due as per the invoice terms. Payments can be made via bank transfer or any other method we agree on. Refunds are not provided for services already rendered. For subscription services, clients must cancel in writing at least 7 days before the next billing cycle.

4. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed, all content, designs, strategies, and code developed by Inovaity remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Once paid in full, ownership of custom deliverables transfers to the client.

5. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy. Any confidential information shared with us will be protected and not disclosed to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we strive for results, Inovaity is not liable for indirect losses or missed revenue due to the use or inability to use our services. We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, or conversions.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with 14 days’ written notice. In such cases, the client is responsible for paying for all work completed up to the termination date.

8. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of our services means you accept those changes.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Taxila, Pakistan.
